Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lancaster, OH. The role requires a valid PT license and current BLS, with opportunities to work in hospital, clinic, and rehab settings. Start ASAP with 40 hours per week, days shift.

The travel PT will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure high-quality care. Travel benefits and comprehensive support are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply; other certifications or licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain PT equipment safely and effectively.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and prevention strategies.
• Maintain a safe, infection-controlled treatment environment.
