Job summary

American Traveler seeks a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Lancaster, Ohio. This outpatient setting requires an active PT license and at least 1 year of experience. Work 4x10s or 5-8s with no weekends; 13 weeks with a 40-hour week and day shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Valid state license to practice required if applicable.
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities independently.
• Able to perform heavy work, exerting up to 50-100 lbs of force occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, establish treatment goals, and document treatment plans.
• May supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Attendants per state regulations.
• May mentor volunteers and/or students in line with department guidelines and APTA standards.
