Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply; relevant experience appreciated.
• Additional licenses or certifications may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop rehab programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement therapy plans and monitor progress to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
• Maintain a safe, infection-controlled treatment environment.
