Sage GroupHealthCare Staffing is seeking a Psychiatric Registered Nurse for travel/contract assignments in Winston Salem, NC. Start ASAP with 12-hour day shifts and a 36-hour work week, offering full-time travel opportunities. ASN or BSN required with state RN license; CPI preferred, BLS required.

Positions involve inpatient adolescent and adult units, potential floats, and housing stipend for eligible travelers. Local and travel candidates welcome.

Competenze

• 2+ years of inpatient acute psychiatric nursing experience.
• Comfortable working with adolescents and adults.
• May float to adult and adolescent units.
• Experience with paper charting.

Mansioni

• Provide all aspects of psychiatric nursing care for patients in assigned units.
• Provide care for inpatient adult and adolescent units as assigned.
• Assess patients’ physical and behavioral health needs and coordinate care.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans and evaluate outcomes.
• Implement physicians’ orders accurately and promptly.
• Record information concisely and maintain documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and update plans.
