Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is hiring a Psychiatric RN for a 13-week acute inpatient assignment in a brand-new behavioral health facility in Pennsylvania. Active PA license or compact RN license is required, with at least 1 year of recent behavioral health experience.

Shift is nights, 12-hour shifts (7p–7:30a) with weekends/holidays as assigned. Rural location may limit rideshare options; EPIC EMR used. Start ASAP with 13-week length and 1 opening.

Qualifications

• Active PA license or compact RN license required at time of consideration.
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in behavioral health/psych required.
• Handle With Care Psych certification can be obtained on site; candidates should submit current certification if held.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within an inpatient psychiatric setting on a newly opened facility still ramping up staffing and expanding bed capacity.
• Local candidates accepted; a 30-mile radius rule applies to determine local versus travel rate eligibility.
