• Supervise and train nursing staff and orientees; delegate appropriately.

Job Details

• Position Description: The RN maintains the delivery of quality care by ensuring the nursing care plan is followed, supervising Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees. Embraces the organizations core values of delivering superior quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Performs a nursing assessment on all patients within 8 hours of admission, forming the basis of individualized care.
