Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work within inpatient float pool of a hospital, assigned to the Progressive Care Unit.
• Care for complex patients requiring progressive care in Level 1 Trauma setting.
• Three 12-hour night shifts per week, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am.
• Floating required as part of the inpatient float pool.
• Coordinate patient care, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation for complex needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
• Participate in unit goals and performance improvement activities.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols and protect patient confidentiality.
