MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel RN in Columbus, Ohio for Post Partum duties with 36 hours per week on 12-hour days. Requires active RN license, accredited nursing degree, and certifications (BLS, ACLS, NRP). At least 18 months of acute care Mother/Baby experience is preferred.

The assignment is travel-based for 13 weeks, with benefits and housing support. MedPro emphasizes a strong caregiver focus and comprehensive credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS & NRP certification.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in Acute Care Mother/Baby.

Responsibilities

• The Postpartum / Mother-baby nurse educates new mothers and assists with physical and emotional needs during the postpartum period.
• Cares for both mothers and newborns after delivery and monitors recovery.
• Educates parents on infant care, feeding, and health monitoring.
