Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Travel Nurse RN specialized in Post Partum to support the Maternity Care Center in Salem, Virginia. The assignment runs for 13 weeks, with a 36-hour work week and nights (19:00–07:00) including four weekend shifts per four weeks.

The ideal candidate has OB nursing experience, current BLS/ACLS/NRP/AWHONN certifications, and experience as a cesarean section circulator is preferred. Travel, lodging or reimbursement details are provided by ARMStaffing.

Qualifications

• OB nursing experience is required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications.
• Experience as a Cesarean section circulator is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery.
• Assist with obstetrical triage and inductions.
• Conduct Cesarean sections as a circulator or 1st assist.
• Implement postpartum and newborn care protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
