Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Postpartum RN for a 13-week assignment in Edison, NJ. You will provide postpartum care to mothers and newborns, monitor health, support breastfeeding, and educate families on postpartum and newborn care.

The role requires one year of postpartum RN experience, an active RN license in NJ, and current BLS and NRP certifications. ACLS preferred. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are included.

• Explain postpartum and newborn care to families to gain cooperation.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely.
• Assess postpartum mothers and newborns and document findings.
• Educate on breastfeeding and newborn care.
• Perform newborn assessments and vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during exams.
• Document all histories and assessments in medical records.
