Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing in Aurora, CO is seeking a travel RN in Post Partum for a 13-week assignment, 36 hours weekly, with nights shifts. This role requires an active RN license and acute care post-partum experience.

Travel pay includes stipends and benefits through MedPro’s network. You’ll join a nationwide staffing leader dedicated to supporting caregivers with onboarding, credentialing and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS, ACLS & NRP Certification
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Mother/Baby setting
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Caring for moms and their newborns after delivery.
• Monitor mothers post-delivery and assist in recovery; recognize postpartum depression and address emotions.
• Educate new parents on infant care including bathing, feeding, and health monitoring.
