Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Team Member to deliver friendly customer service to travelers at our New Jersey plaza locations. You will handle payments, assist in food preparation and service, and help maintain clean, stocked food stations.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, ensuring proper food handling, and supporting in kitchen tasks as needed. A flexible schedule is required to cover days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately, follow cash handling policies.
• Follow proper food handling procedures including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Assist with kitchen tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Adhere to brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
