Applegreen USA operates over 80 travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest that provide convenience, comfort and an extensive range of delicious food options. As a Team Member, you will deliver friendly service, assist in sales and food prep, and help keep the plaza clean and welcoming for travelers.

You will handle cash and payments at the POS, follow food safety and brand standards, and perform a variety of duties to meet guest needs. Flexible schedules and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Follow food safety procedures, packaging, labeling, and stocking.
• Prepare and serve quality food and perform kitchen-related tasks.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
