Applegreen USA Welcome Centers is seeking a Team Member to join our travel plaza locations. You will deliver friendly customer service to travelers, handle cash at the POS, and assist with food preparation and service while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

The role supports flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to work full-time or part-time depending on location needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers and guests.
• Operate the POS system, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Prepare and serve quality food, maintain cleanliness, stocking, and stock rotation.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards, food safety, and company policies.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
