Applegreen USA is hiring a Team Member for a full-time role at our travel plaza locations across the Northeast and Midwest. You will provide friendly customer service, handle transactions at the POS, prepare and serve food, and maintain cleanliness and stock in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires standing for extended periods, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic interaction with the public and coworkers.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for an extended period.
• Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to read, comprehend instructions and policy documents.
• Able to converse with customers effectively.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist travelers.
• Operate POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Prepare, serve and stock food items with proper handling.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Adhere to brand standards and safety policies.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• Support overall store operations as needed.
