Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, stock and clean, and process transactions across a fast-paced travel plaza environment. You will work with a diverse team to ensure quality food and service for travelers.

Responsibilities include operating POS, following cash handling procedures, maintaining food safety standards, and assisting with kitchen tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Interacts with the public and coworkers in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Follow food safety and handling, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Adhere to brand standards and company policies.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.
