Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is looking for a Team Member at Sideling Hill Travel Plaza on the PA Turnpike. You will deliver outstanding customer service, handle payments at the POS, and assist in food preparation and service to travelers.

Responsibilities include cleaning, stocking, food prep, and ensuring food safety standards are met, while supporting day-to-day plaza operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in a fast-paced setting.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and friendly interactions with travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products and maintain knowledge of plaza offerings.
