Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Team Member at Sideling Hill Travel Plaza on the PA Turnpike. You will deliver friendly service, assist with food prep and service, stock and clean, and help ensure a positive traveler experience.

Responsibilities include handling payments, operating the POS, maintaining food safety, and actively assisting with product knowledge and upselling opportunities in a fast-paced travel plaza environment.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers and operate the front-line station.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system and follow all cash-handling policies.
• Prepare and serve quality food, and assist in maintaining food safety standards.
• Stock, stock rotation, cleaning, and sanitizing workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products to customers.
• Maintain solid knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
