Responsibilities include accurate payment processing, product knowledge, food safety adherence, and active cross-selling to travelers.

Qualifications

• Customer interaction experience preferred.
• Able to stand, walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to read and comprehend instructions and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS and process payments accurately.
• Follow food handling, labeling, dating and storage procedures.
• Assist with kitchen tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Adhere to brand standards and company policies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
