Job summary

Applegreen USA welcomes travelers to its Welcome Centers central services. As a Team Member, you will deliver friendly customer service, stock and sanitize, and handle payments at the POS while contributing to a clean and efficient plaza environment.

You will prepare and serve food, maintain product knowledge, and support various duties to meet customer needs and company standards. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate travel demands.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Prepare and serve quality food and stock supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize equipment and area.
• Cross-sell and promote products.
• Know products and promotions across the plaza.
• Follow brand standards and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
