Applegreen USA is seeking a friendly Team Member to deliver excellent customer service at our travel plazas. You will handle POS transactions, assist with food preparation and service, and help maintain clean, stocked businessto serve travelers across the Northeast and Midwest.

The position supports flexible scheduling, including days, nights, weekends and holidays, with opportunities to work across multiple brands and locations. Join a team focused on pace, quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and process payments accurately.
• Prepare and serve quality food and maintain cleanliness and stocking.
• Follow brand standards and food safety procedures.
• Cross-sell and upsell products when appropriate.
• Stay knowledgeable about plaza products and promotions.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
