Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring team members to deliver friendly customer service, handle cash transactions, and prepare and serve delicious food at busy travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and assist travelers with a positive experience while following safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage positively with travelers.
• Operate the POS system, handle payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Prepare and serve quality food, maintain cleanliness and stock levels.
• Cross-sell and upsell products and maintain product knowledge.
• Follow brand standards, safety procedures, and workplace policies.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
