Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain cleanliness, stock items, and process payments at our travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest. You will assist in serving quality food, follow food safety rules, and help meet travelers’ needs with a positive, energetic approach.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to read, comprehend instructions and policy documents.

Aufgaben

• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging with travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking and cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products and maintain product knowledge.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements and company policies.
