Applegreen USA Welcome Centers is seeking a Starbucks Team Member for a full-time role at the Vermilion Valley Travel Plaza. You will deliver friendly customer service, operate POS, and support food preparation and service to travelers.

The position requires the ability to stand for long periods, flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to brand standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with travelers and ensuring a positive experience at the plaza.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system, process transactions accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Maintain proper food handling procedures including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Perform a variety of kitchen-related tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure brand standards are met.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and participate in assigned tasks.
• Be flexible to take on additional duties as needed.
