Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services at Knute Rockne Travel Plaza is seeking a Starbucks Team Member for a part-time role. You will deliver friendly customer service, handle transactions, prepare and serve quality food, and support daily operations in a fast-paced travel plaza environment.

The position requires standing for long periods, flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to clean, safe food handling.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and process payments.
• Ensure proper food handling: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Prepare and assist in kitchen tasks: prep, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain solid knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
