Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Team Member to provide exceptional customer service, stock and clean, and handle payments at the point of sale. You will also assist in preparing and serving food items to travelers, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service by engaging with travelers.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and process payments accurately.
• Assist in food preparation, wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
