Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service, operate POS systems, handle payments accurately, and assist in food preparation and stocking at travel plazas.

The role requires flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction across our plazas.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Prepare and serve quality food and maintain cleanliness and stocking of workspace.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
