Job summary

TalentBurst is recruiting a Travel RN for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls, ID. Night shift, 12 hours per day, 3 days a week, with 7:00 PM–7:00 AM schedules and a 26-week contract.

2,527 USD weekly gross (base + stipends) combined pay package; onsite assignment with unit details including 16 beds and 35 staff. Must have 1 year PICU experience and Vasoactive/infusion competency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of direct bedside experience in pediatric critical care.
• Experience with pediatric ventilation (mechanical), HFNC, nasal CPAP, and tracheostomy care.
• Experience managing arterial and central lines and titrating vasoactive, paralytic, and sedative infusions for pediatric patients.
• Competency in weight-based pharmacology (Broset-method/PALS dosing) and age-specific assessments from neonates to adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Manage advanced respiratory interventions, invasive lines, and continuous organ-support therapies.
• Assist in intubation, central line management, hemodynamic monitoring, and moderate sedation for pediatric procedures.
• Titrate complex drip infusions and maintain stable hemodynamics.
