72 hours guaranteed (bi-weekly schedule)
$28.50/hour regular taxable
$39.00/hour overtime
Up to $644.00/weekly M&I
Up to $1,036.00/weekly Lodging

*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in critical care nursing, with experience in managing complex patient cases. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality care to critically ill children and their families, ensuring their comfort and safety during challenging times.
*Duties*
* Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in the PICU, monitoring vital signs and assessing patient conditions.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, respiratory therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
*Qualifications*
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
* Current Minnesota RN licensure.
* Current BLS and PALS certification.
* Two (2) years PICU nursing experience which includes the ability to care for: pre-operative and immediate post-operative PICU surgical patients, and trauma patients, or two (2) years pediatric CVICU nursing experience and competent to care for pre-operative, immediate post-operative cardiac surgical patients, and pre- and post-cardiac procedural patients.
* N95 fit testing required.
