Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks an RN for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Mission Hospital – Memorial Campus in Asheville, NC. The role is on-site with a 13-week contract starting 9/30/2026; 12-hour day shifts, 3 days per week.

Required certifications: BLS and PALS; duties include IV starts, central line care, hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, cath procedures; compensation includes a $1,400 weekly stipend and $17/hour base pay, with $612 weekly base pay.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• PALS and BLS certifications are required.
• Pediatric ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform IV starts and central line care.
• Monitor hemodynamics and ventilator management.
• Assist with LPs, caths, and tube feeding.
• Provide patient- and family-centered care in PICU.

Procedures performed on unit: : IV starts, Caths, holding for LP's, central line dressing changes, hemodynamic monitoring, trach care, tube feeding and placement, ICP monitoring, ventilator management.
