Job Description

As an RN PICU, you will oversee and treat pediatric patients who are facing medically complex or life‑threatening health conditions. You will monitor their health, provide necessary care, and perform life‑saving interventions. Because of the large scope of responsibility, you will generally be assigned a few patients at a time, giving you bandwidth to manage complicated cases. Using patients' health histories and current diagnoses, you will develop a personalized care plan, implement treatments, and evaluate responses, working with the healthcare team to make adjustments.
