AlliedTravelCareers, working with Towne U.S. LLC, is seeking a Travel Physical Therapy Assistant in Baltimore, MD for a 13-week contract. You will assist in PT plans, help patients with exercises, and document progress under a supervising PT. Travel and housing stipends are offered, with ongoing support throughout assignments.

The ideal candidate has an PTA degree, licensure eligibility, and strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability for diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active PTA license or licensure eligibility in multiple states (licensing assistance available).
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience preferred; new grads considered.
• Ability to adapt to diverse settings and patient populations.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Help patients perform therapeutic exercises and mobility activities.
• Monitor and document patient progress and report updates to the PT.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care.
