You will implement PT plans, guide exercises, monitor progress, and collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless discharge planning. Requires PTA program completion, NPTE, CA PTA licensure, and BLS recommended.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited PTA program.
• Completion of NPTE.
• CA PTA licensure/certification.
• First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by physical therapists.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve function and mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist.
