MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Northfield, Illinois. This role requires assessing patients requiring rehabilitation, developing treatment plans, and delivering skilled PT services in coordination with physicians.

The position offers a 13-week duration, 40 hours per week, and days shift. Eligibility includes Doctorate or Bachelor’s with NPTE, an accredited education, licensure or licensure in process, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process for licensure
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals tailored to patient capacity and tolerance.
• Set realistic goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families.
• Develop a plan of care and provide skilled PT services per physician orders.
