Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Chicago, IL. The PT will work 40 hours per week, with 8-hour daytime shifts, and supervise staff while delivering patient care.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience (1 year preferred), BLS, and state licensure. The role offers weekly pay, benefits, and paid time off as part of a comprehensive travel package.

Qualifications

• 6 months PT experience minimum; new grads encouraged.
• BLS certification and state-specific PT license required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods; strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the setting and follow facility guidelines.
• Interface with medical center staff and physicians to plan care.
• Document care accurately per state/insurance guidelines.
