Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Waldorf, Maryland. The PT will work 38 hours per week on days, with a start date of 09/28/2026 for a 13-week assignment.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of recent PT experience (1 year preferred), BLS certified, and state licensure. Responsibilities include supervising PTAs, documentation, and coordinating with Medical Center staff to implement plans of care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist
• BLS certification required
• Good communication and teamwork
• Ability to supervise PTAs

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff
• Complete documentation following state/insurance guidelines
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians
• Develop and modify plan of care based on patient condition
• Understand adaptive equipment and perform evaluations
