Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc.-Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Plains, Montana. The PT will provide and document therapy services in accordance with the plan of care and physician orders.

The role requires 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift in a healthcare facility setting. Current PT licensure in Montana and CPR if applicable are required; one year of PT experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Perform patient evaluations and document therapy services.
• Follow the plan of care and physician orders when applicable.
