Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc. is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized care plans for diverse patient populations in acute care settings. The role includes supervising PTAs, documenting per facility guidelines, and coordinating care with medical staff.

You will travel between facilities, work day shifts, and provide patient care while ensuring compliance with state regulations. A tax-free stipend may accompany compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of professional experience; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
