Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, develop, and implement patient care plans in an acute care setting.

You'll supervise PTAs and support staff, bill and document per guidelines, collaborate with medical personnel, assess patients, and adjust treatment plans. The role includes 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours weekly, with benefits such as weekly pay, continuing education, healthcare, retirement plans, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of clinical PT experience (new grads encouraged).
• Current BLS certification and state licensure.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
• Understanding of PT board regulations and compliance.
