You will develop personalized rehabilitation plans, use exercise and manual therapy, and collaborate with health professionals to ensure coordinated care. English communication and strong clinical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions through tests, examinations, and history to identify treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation plans using exercise and manual therapy.
• Operate and maintain specialized therapy equipment safely and effectively.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document evaluations and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, injury prevention, and self-management.
• Maintain a safe, compliant treatment environment and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Support discharge planning and ensure smooth patient transitions.
