Key responsibilities include evaluating patient conditions, creating and modifying plans of care, understanding adaptive equipment, and utilizing medical center systems for documentation. Accurate and timely record-keeping compliant with insurance and state requirements is essential.

The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience (new grads encouraged) and hold BLS and state licensing. Candidates must be physically capable of long periods of standing, walking, and bending, with a strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
