Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate and implement individualized care plans for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting. You will work across settings, coordinate with medical personnel, and ensure high-quality, patient-focused care.

The role requires at least 6 months of PT experience, BLS, and Maryland licensure. You must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lean for extended periods, supervise PTAs, handle billing, and document accurately

Qualifications

• 6 months of PT experience (new grads OK)

Key duties include supervising PTAs and support staff, billing in accordance with facility guidelines, complying with state PT regulations, collaborating with medical personnel to ensure coordinated care, assessing and modifying treatment plans, understanding adaptive equipment, and maintaining accurate documentation using facility systems.

Qualifications include a minimum of 6 months of experience (new grads encouraged), BLS certification, and state-specific licensure. Candidates should have strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. The role requires physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lean for extended periods.
