Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care in Loveland, CO, seeks a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, develop, and implement patient care plans in acute care settings. You will manage PTAs, collaborate with healthcare teams, and ensure compliant documentation and billing within facility guidelines.

The role is 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift, travel-focused, with opportunities for continuing education and health benefits. New grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of PT experience (1 year preferred).
• BLS certification required.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lean for extended periods.
