Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, develop, and implement plans of care for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting. You will supervise PTAs and other staff, ensure accurate coding and billing, and coordinate with the medical team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires active Illinois PT licensure with BLS, and the ability to work in an acute care environment with occasional travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois PT license and BLS certification.
• Minimum 6 months of PT experience; 1 year preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lean for extended periods in acute care.
