Travel Home Health Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:

Provide therapy services to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in a home health setting. Work approximately 40 hours weekly, primarily during daytime hours, with no on-call or weekend duties. Cover multiple counties, ensuring comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution approved by the APTA. Active Indiana state license is required, along with BLS certification if applicable. Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient recovery are essential.
