Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) in Georgia seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement safe, effective care in line with physician directives.

You will perform comprehensive evaluations, create targeted plans to promote recovery, document progress, educate patients and families, and maintain licensure while supporting quality improvement initiatives. There may be float rotations within the service area.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year outpatient clinical experience.
• CPR certification and valid licensure in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Creating targeted treatment plans to promote recovery and functional improvement.
• Documenting care accurately and timely, including goal setting and assessments.
• Participating in patient, family, and staff education.
