Health Marketing seeks a Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative services in a community healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Minimum 2 years of SNF or similar experience.
• Experience with PointClickCare EMR.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
