Job description

Role:

Travel Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilize various therapy techniques and equipment, monitor progress, and adjust interventions accordingly. Collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention, maintain documentation, and ensure safety and infection control standards. Participate in discharge planning and professional development activities, and perform other assigned duties within scope of practice.

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid PT license per state regulations, current BLS certification, strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills. Must have physical ability to move and handle equipment, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with diverse personnel. Requires visual acuity and ability to perform fine manipulation and physical tasks.

Work Conditions:
