Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to deliver therapy services across diverse clinical settings. You will assess patients, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and work within multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.

The role requires a degree in physical therapy, an active state license, and experience in inpatient acute rehabilitation. BLS certification may be required, with comprehensive benefits and travel support.
