CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. seeks a qualified Physical Therapist for a travel assignment to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with mobility impairments across hospitals, clinics, and rehab centers.

You will develop personalized treatment plans, implement therapy techniques, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in diverse settings. Ideal candidates are compassionate, adaptable, and able to work independently while ensuring safety

Qualifications
